Pacific Designer Homes also gives you the opportunity to build to lock-up stage right through to our full turn-key package. Building to Lock-up stage only gives you - the client more control over budgetary costs and inclusions.

This is done at initial deposit phase to enable us to order Engineer’s Soil Classification / Slab Design and Contour Survey Report ~ Only at this point can ‘ANYBODY’ accurately assess what is below the visible ground level as not every site has rock and not every site is steep!
