We take a professional approach with all aspects of the building process, engaging the services of a qualified Interior Designer to assist you with your selections. Our consultant will make a preliminary appointment with you prior to selections to gauge your individual likes and dislikes, account for existing furnishings that need to be incorporated into your new home and generally introduce you to the many choices Pacific Designer Homes Pty Ltd make available to you. They will analyse your feedback and put together several colour options and alternatives for you to select from. This enables you the client to have as much flexibility and input and simultaneously be confident, knowing that you are being guided by a professional and we are steered in the right direction to suit you, the client!
We offer a unique savings plan for first homebuyers ~ we can get you started from as little as $1,800 initial deposit (refer THE BUILDING PROCESS tab at top of homepage for further details located at relevant PDF).
